-He teaches the SM by picture association and he is a good artist. But, we can do the same things using some fun clipart. Genesis 39:9 �Genie has a dirty mind [39] that is slime [9] The wife holding Joseph�s garment as he runs away.

Daniel 2:44,45 Daniel standing next to the Lion. The mountain behind has split into 2 with a large boulder that roled on top of a robber holding guns that are 44 and 45 calibers.

Amos 3:7 A mouse [Amos] thinking about the Prophet and his counselors [3]. If I follow the prophet, I will go to Heaven [7] Job 19:25,26 Missionaries preaching at a door. �It�s the Missionaires [job] to go out at the age of [19] and are preaching at a door with a Christmas wreath on it [25].

• He used picture association to teach the references first. Then after all of the referneces are learned, have the students go back and teach each other the words to memorize. Use the first letter of every word to help the memorization along.
  
• Start the day with a cool picture on the board with a caption.
• Put the days activity on the board using only the first letter of every word to get the students thinking while waiting for the class to begin. ie: T W W B W O T S M C. [Today we will be working on the Scripture Mastery cards.]
• Use seating charts and change them every 3 or 4 weeks.
• Always have a review before holding a Scripture Chase.
• He used a color coded chart to show when the students have learned each 6 scripture mastery cards. They sign in as a team.
• He gave out certificates at the end of the year for his Honor Roll. Standard: Know all of the Old Testament Books Bronze: Memorized the References and Words for SM Silver: Know all SM and pass on a timed quiz Gold: Know all SM and can tell what they mean.
