Day one

  1. Greet Every student personally
  2. Greeting from a priesthood leader
  3. Minimal or no paperwork
  4. Slam dunk lesson ( He typed Shofar into the internet and got the 10 things it is used for in the jewish culture) He blew the Shofar and had some from the audience try it. You can go to your local butcher and see where you can get a bull horn-then you need to boil and bleach it then drill small hole .
  5. 23-1827 The day J.S. received the BofM the rams horn was being blown to Start Rosh ha shannah the festival of the trumpets. Gave funny reasons to blow the shofar--i.e. everyone is here on time etc.... summarized the stories of Esther and Gideon-"This year you are going to learn about people like these"
  6. Bear testimony and if you can get a student to bear testimony
  7. Who are we missing? ask kids
  8. "Remember tomorrow we are marking scriptures!!!!"

Day two

  1. Greet students--"I start my teaching in the hall"
  2. Explain why we sing the hymns and why we do devotionals How we sing the hyms. Use the last part of the last paragraph in the front of the hymnal as an overhead quote on how the 1st pres. feel about the hyms.
  3. Introduce students Written info sheet------Get to know the person across the istl and introduce them to the class can use 3x5 cards for this . Make sure there is a question such as What's your favorite OT prophet.
  4. Take a class picture.
  5. Pick a story -mark a story --students come up with application The picture should be enlarged for tomorrows class

Day three

  1. Greet all
  2. devotional by students good singing
  3. Video 1
  4. Overview lesson
  5. time capsule
  6. open bibles
  7. favorite stories
  8. real people with real challenges. what happened to david happens today
  9. Have enlarged picture of the class up

4th day

  1. devotional by students good singing
  2. know names
  3. plan of salvation overview

5th day

  1. class president conducts. gives assignments for the next week
  2. Plan of happiness
  3. mark a scripture
  4. bear testimony
  5. All better have scriptures

6th day

  1. Rules
  2. Scripture studyb lesson video
  3. catch up anyone who is nes
  4. class policies food, drink, hats etc......
